On a daily basis you want to deal with: •Travel arrangements, expense support for employees •Support in organization of conferences, business meetings etc. •Correspondence coordination •Preparation of reports •Other administrative tasks •Providing information flow •Daily management support •Coordination of external companies support If your strengths are: •Fluency in English •Good knowaldge of German language •Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Power Point •Strong verbal and communication skills •Excellent organizational skills •Experience in similar position •Ability to maintain confidentiality of assigned data If you are interested in this position please send your CV in English to the address careers@rec-global.com.
