  • A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner
  • A methodical, organized person with a clear commercial orientation
Description
  • Fluency in English and Polish is necessary
  • German on intermediate level will be an advantage
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of international markets as well as the procedure and documentation of the sale and export
  • Billing and preparation of specific documentation of the country where the merchandise is destined
  • Manage customers’ orders
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Introduction of customer orders into the system and confirmation of the availability of the merchandise
  • Preparation and sending of offers
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Driving license
