- Management of direct supply categories, including strategy development&deployment, supplier performance and relationship
- Cooperating with suppliers and internal stakeholder (global and local), building and develop strong and mutual beneficial partnerships
- Sourcing and on-boarding new suppliers in line with commodity strategy
- Performing market analysis to maintain a good knowledge of potential evolutions within the assigned commodity (new players, new technologies,etc.)
- Management cross-functional projects, leading price and contract negotiations
- Monitoring overall QDC Performance of the commodity and driving improvement actions when required
- Driving the annual Business Review Meetings with keys suppliers
- Supporting Operations according to escalation process
- Bachelor and/or master within a relevant field of study;
- Proven track record within strategic procurement and/or category management (+3 years);
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Strong communication and project management skills;
- Motivated by leading negotiation;
- Experienced in stakeholder management;
- Cross-functional approach;
- Goal-oriented and proactive;
- Analytical mindset and possess the ability of strategic thinking;
- Excellent English communication skills, other languages will be an asset;
- Willingness to travel internationally (at least 25%).
